Амбулаторная парентеральная антибактериальная терапия: мифы и реальность

Статья посвящена новой стационар-замещающей технологии – амбулаторной парентеральной антибактериальной терапии (АПАТ). Подробно разбираются показания, противопоказания, методики и клиническая эффективность АПАТ. Преимущества АПАТ реализуются при назначении время-зависимых антимикробных средств. Постоянство доставки препарата достигается за счет применения эластомерных помп. Использование АПАТ повышает мотивированность пациентов к лечению, снижает нагрузку на медицинский персонал. Внедрение АПАТ, кроме клинических преимуществ, способствует значимой экономии финансовых ресурсов медицинского учреждения.
