Нутрициологические аспекты сна ребенка

Большой практический интерес вызывает возможное влияние диеты и обеспеченности рядом нутриентов на качество сна и риск его нарушений у детей. В обзоре представлены сведения о связи характеристик сна с поступлением в организм важнейших макро- и микронутриентов. Обсуждается позитивное влияние аминокислот, прежде всего триптофана, и его дериватов – серотонина и мелатонина, на показатели сна. Рассматриваются возможные эффекты жиров и углеводов в отношении качества и структуры сна. Анализируется значение обеспеченности микронутриентами, в том числе магнием, железом, медью. Обсуждается роль витаминов группы В и витамина D с точки зрения улучшения качества сна ребенка. Приводятся сведения о возможных патофизиологических и патохимических механизмах, составляющих основу связи характеристик сна с поступлением в организм ряда нутриентов. Отдельно рассматривается роль грудного молока в обеспечении естественного онтогенеза сна ребенка и улучшении качества сна.
