Взаимосвязь уровня химических элементов в волосах с различной патологией у детей с расстройствами аутистического спектра

Расстройства аутистического спектра (РАС) – гетерогенные нарушения нейроразвития, характеризующиеся
наличием ассоциированной соматической патологии. Ключевые симптомы РАС у детей зачастую усугубляются
течением сопутствующих заболеваний и требуют настороженности педиатров и специалистов. Нарушение обмена
химических элементов рассматривается в настоящее время в качестве одного из возможных этиопатогенетических
факторов РАС и коморбидных состояний. Макрои микроэлементы играют важную роль в процессах формирования,
роста и развития детского организма; являясь кофакторами ряда ферментов, они обеспечивают функционирование
различных метаболических путей. Проведен анализ структуры соматической патологии 62 детей (мальчиков – 45,
девочек – 17) в возрасте 1–13 лет с подтвержденным психиатром диагнозом РАС (F84) и ее сопоставление с
элементным составом волос. С помощью корреляционного анализа с применением непараметрических методов изучены
особенности взаимосвязи между содержанием отдельных химических элементов в волосах детей с РАС и различной
патологией. Так, заболевания костно-мышечной системы оказались связаны с уровнем в волосах калия (r=-0,284;
p=0,05), кальция (r=0,251; p=0,05) и меди (r=0,281; p=0,05), сердечно-сосудистые заболевания – с уровнем
натрия (r=-0,260; p=0,05), патология органов дыхания – с уровнем селена (r=0,295; p=0,05), патология
мочеполовой системы – с уровнем йода (r=0,375; p=0,01) и кремния (r=0,265; p=0,05), патология эндокринной
системы – с уровнем кальция (r=0,309; p=0,05) и цинка (r=0,270; p=0,05), патология иммунной системы – с
уровнем ванадия (r=0,252; p=0,05), а аллергопатология – с уровнем никеля (r=0,346; p=0,01) и алюминия
(r=0,251; p=0,05). Обнаруженные корреляции подтверждают влияние элементного обмена на состояние здоровья
детей с РАС.
